How can I get rid of acne on my shoulders?

It’s not bad acne at all it can just get quite aggravated and angry sometimes, some days/weeks it’s ok but others it’s not .. I do have quite sensitive skin in places and I’m guessing my shoulders are one of them. I’ve tryed a few face washes but they haven’t shown improvement. I don’t have any bad skin anywhere else - I used to have skin that was quite bad years ago but not sinse I started growing facial hair. Any recommendations that might help?

there are body washes that have acne medication in them. one i know of but havent tried is Clean & Clear Body. i also know that there’s a body wash type with the medicine for Proactiv.

The usual clearisil and stuff like that, bought a specific back and shoulders wash stuff off amazon an hour ago so hopefully will see improvements
