How do we resurrect a dying business?

There is no more demand of what my family (almost two generations back) and I used to do for earning money. If there is a reasonable demand it’s been dodged by corruption of big fishes. How can I earn money? What should I do for earning as much as I used to (which was a lot), I am a hardworking person and I don’t have a problem working OVER time, can someone tell me where should a person put his energy so as to earn well enough?
