I had soft curly hair and I used twice a soft chemical straightener my hair now is freezy and looks unhealthy, I did this treatment more than a year ago and I regret it.

It can make your hair fall out. Any time you apply a chemical that contains lye to your hair you are at risk of damaging your hair.
