What are some great refreshments and cute snacks to serve over the holidays ?

For buffet-type snacks, these foods are great:

cocktail sticks with cheese, pickled onion and pineapple mini sausages vol-au-vents (pastries with savoury fillings) sausage rolls strawberries dipped in chocolate coleslaw potato salad mix of different crisps cherry tomatoes sausage wrapped in bacon grated cheese buttered crackers jelly small sandwiches fruit salad (either tinned or mixed fresh)
