i hate this real estate guy. so hes the owner of the house i want to buy plus hes a real estate too! so my dad is on the rich side and so he knows my dad pretty well and my dad never helped me with financial needs, hes greedy. anyways when he found out i wanted to buy his house he increased the prince and when i said i couldnt afford it he said "Hes thinking of not selling it..hes a liar all HIS family moved out and he does but he wants more than what anyone in my town can afford. how do i deal with him?
