does raw honey work for a face masque?

Answer #1

I thought it was called face mask but ok… why not use the cucumbers? And I thought face masks were green-tinted, some sort of mint-mud… Also cinnamon adds natural color to the face if that helps at all.

Answer #2

It does work. It moisturizes your skin, can help you clear acne, and reduce redness.

Yes, it works wonders as long as you do it right. Heres what I do:

  1. Wash your face normally using only warm water to open pores.
  2. spred raw honey all over your face using either a foundation brush, cotten ball, or just your fingers. Keep this on for 10-15 mins.
  3. rince off the mask with warm water, then put cool water on your face to close pores.
  4. even though honey is a natural moisturizer, if you have dry skin you may want to put on extra.

Honey has natural chemcals that fight acne, breakouts, and skin flaws. The sugar is like a gentle scrub. It moistrizes, softens, and even highlights your skin and makes it feel and look like its glowing. Honey can also be used as a spot treatment, and some people use it as a quick cleaner if they don’t have enough time in the morning to do a mask.

Hope I helped! I’ve been using honey on my face for about 5 months now, I see a big diffrence!
