Why don't enough people rate the answers?

Why dont enough people rate the answers?? I see a lot of I agree with so and so yet they dont rate their answers,come on guys press the button,ha

I don’t know how to rate, maybe the question get too much reply then it get high rate.

I only rate it if I think its a really good answer or a really bad answer. Anything inbetween I don’t rate.
