Your ears may be blocked up with wax, you should see a doctor, you may have to get your ears cleaned. If not, they will be able to tell you what's wrong. But don't leave it too long as ears are sensitive and precious.
Go see a doctor. It's probably from an ear infection. Also it could be if you suddenly change temperature.
