The quote (I’ve only heard it in reference, by my friends) is that stupid “It puts the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the hose again.” There may be more, but I don’t know. What the heck is this from?? Help?

Ok that’s what I had thought, but also realized I may be completely wrong. It’s been referenced so many times in every possible genre, so I wanted to know the original author.
