why do I check the scale every night?

Every night before I go to bed I check the scale to see how much I way and then find something to make me feel uncomfortable what is that and how do I stop

First of all: NEVER weigh yourself at night. Only in the morning, after you’ve been to the bathroom and before you’ve had anything to eat. You’ll weigh less then.

And secondly, all nutrition people agree that weighing yourself once or twice a week is enough - everybody has variations from day to day, so there’s no point in checking all the time.

Give someone else custody of the scales or hide it away so you can have peace of mind !
