does putting saran wrap on your stomach and sitting in the sun seriously help you lose inches?
Wouldn’t that kinda, I dunno, burn you? I mean c’mon. It’s seran wrap. In the sun. Hullo!
Idk about losing inches, but you’ll lose some water weight cuz you’ll be sweatin like hell
yeah it does, but it would be easier if you work out your tummy while wearing seran wrap.
I think it’d be even more difficult to workout all wrapped up like that. If you really want to get into this stuff, there is already something you can buy that does the same thing, its basically a trash bag with sleeves. Mostly mma fighters and wrestlers use them right before a fight to lose weight quick
of course, that’s why they made sauna suits
ha yeah that’s true actually. & there’s always just plain ol’ trash bangs :)
