Do I put on deodorant with my antiperspirant, or do I just put on the antiperspirant alone?

I put both on. The antiperspirant under my arms and nice-smelling deoderant/perfume on my clothes.

oh damn wtf are you thinking? Both!?!? That’s just waaay too many chemicals. Go with just deodorant. Anti-perspirant messes with your body’s natural function of perspiration.

LOL deoderant makes me feel gross like i can smell the scent of my deoderant and i hat smelling it all day, thats why i use antipersperant…it doesnt have a smell so its nt hurting my nose lol…and thanx for the answer :0

It’s best to just use one. Antiperspirant may be effective but it stops your sweat from coming out of your body which is a good thing for most people since that’s their objective to keep their underarms dry but as a matter of fact this is bad for your body.

Just deodorant. Antiperspirant is not good for you. Last time I tried using it for any length of time the glands in my arm pits swelled up and hurt like hell….

Never again.
