if my male westie is drinking water she will barg past and drinkl his water, if he is chewing on his bone she will steal it and the same with toys!!! my male westie has been a spoilt boy for 2yrs and is still getting used to another dog in the house! is this normal shall I just let the get on with things?

She may very well end up being the dominant personality…and he may sense that already (even tho she’s still such a puppy)…The fact that he allows it, shows he has extrordinary patience…Especially, with his toys and bones…

It’s also very normal, for a dog to want what another has (that’s why it’s so easy to teach them to “trade” when they have something they shouldn’t…) All this is VERY normal, and your male seems to be handling the new pup wonderfully…don’t interfere.
