where should I get one? I dont wanna spend like over 40 $ =/… I know it sounds bad but im really hard up for cash, but I still want it to look like its from the heart

walmart! they have some good ones me and my boyfriend were looking at engagement rings and I saw some pretty promise rings too…try looking online too.
