What is a professional party guest?

do they just get paid to be at your party and that’s it? it sounds really easy and fun if that’s what it is. I would LOVE to get paid just to party lol.

I’m not entirely certain that a “professional party guest” is a real job. I vaguely remember it as a job option in the Sims 2, but when I tried to look it up I couldn’t find any listings or information. I think it’ something the creators made up for the game.
