i think you would have to contact a laser surgery hospital for that..

if i had to hazzard a guess (it will depend now much is there and where abouts on the body) is what id say..

when i had laser surgery to remove tattoos from my hands it cost me £60 per square cm or inch per session and i had 3 or 4, cant remember 100% as it was many many years ago..

I dont think there is a laser treatment available for eczema, atleast not in canada.
