Where did the phrase why did the chicken cross the road originate from?
Everyone is always trying to answer the question, but who on earth brought it up in the first place and why did they bring it up? Just to frustrate everyone?

It’s not a joke, it’s a riddle, it’s like what came first the chicken or the egg.
Hmm…we always call it a joke over here. Like “Why did the kid throw the clock out the window?”…. “He wanted to see time fly.”
