Totally a matter of opinion, but please resist the blonde-ness… Your red hair is beautiful, and sets you apart from the boring monotony of blonde…

You wouldn’t be able to do it without bleaching, no :/ especially that light of a color.

I’d say if you don’t want to really screw your hair up, see a hairdresser. I also agree with Devin, red heads are a nice change of pace. I married one. (this time)

no you would have to bleach it, but to get a silver hair you could bleach it only once then use manic panic virgin snow
