How can I use gba codes on ds action replays? Is there and action replay for fire red?

You use it by entering the codes into the action replay, then installing the replay into your DSI, then inserting the game cartridge into the action replay.

By now, there should be codes on it for all the various pokemon games, you just have to update the action replay with the bundled software to get the latest codes, etc.
