What is the point of these reality shows?

Entertainment. Why they call them “reality shows” no one will ever know. No, one goes through that much drama.

They’re usually pretty entertaining to watch. Pointless, yeah, but entertaining.

Stupid people watch stupid things. they cant understand educational television because it requires thought. So they just resort to stupid stuff such as reality TV.

Advertisers drive shows. The companies who pay for the ad spots are the beneficiaries. As long as they can keep the audience glued they don’t care what nonsense people watch. It’s all for ad revenue.

Reality as seen through the eyes of producers and their ratings.

Because scripted drama is in this year.

It is like a human Zoo…You get the rare chance to see what nature and environment has done to our species the human race…For me it is a psychological insight into others who are to me shallow and vain and so much more….i am talking UK Big Brother…I cannot watch it all the time as it seems to annoy me but when i have, i have learnt a lot about the bad side of our magnificent race….it does have some use,like lab rats they keep giving .

For people who love drama, and a lot of people love drama so they know they will make money.
