please slove my problem (breast improvment)

Surgery is the only way to increase your breast size. No foods, pills, diet, creams or anything like that will work.

Just be happy with what you have and learn some tricks. I’m a 36A and I’m 23, and I love my small chest.

Try this: -Push Up Bras -Water Bras -Gel Inserts - you put them in your bra and your 1-2 cup sizes bigger -Bronzer - put it in between your breast and it makes the illusion of cleavage -Low cut shirts - because they look amazing on small breasted women.

Moving your breast in circles will not do anything. Breast are nothing more than fat tissue - massaging them will not make them bigger.

the only exercise to make your boobs “appear” bigger is butterfly something on a work out machine. it tones the breast muscle and makes them appear bigger. my mom has done and it really worked for her. I tried the rubbing in circles when I was a teenager… I’m still a 34a. I’ve learned to love it. a lot of dresses and shirts look better on me than my big boobed friends. and I always use bronzer or glitter b/w mine and sweep it across the top of my “cleavage” some of the most amazing women in hollywood are flat flat flat.
