How to help my hair that looks burnt?

I have vey bad hair… I got dem permanent straightened 3 tyms and nw it luks as if its burnt… plzzz help

heat will burn yor hair, the more you use heated tools on it, the more itll burn it all…if yor going to straighten your hair anymore use a blow dyer on the cold setting. also go out and buy some leave in deep conditioner and things to help restore it back health. it will take a while but if you dont do anything harsh to it and start taking care of it it should look more healthier

DONT MESS WITH IT IF YOU GOT A PERM LEAVE IT STRAIGHTING YOU HAIR OFTEN WILL GIVE YOU SPLIT ENDS AND MAKE IT WORST IF ITS ALL FRIZZY BY NOW CONDITION IT AND TAKE CARE OF IT IF YOU STILL HAVE THE CURLS BUY MOOSE AND DEFINE THE CURLS THEY ARE REALLY CUTE! DECORATE YOUR HAIR WITH FUN PINS AND CLIPS1

Go to the salon and get some deep conditioning treatments. Go to a GOOD salon. Then see how your hair looks after that. If the ends still look bad, get it trimmed off. Thats the best you can do for damaged hair.
