I’m 14 and im a freshmen in high school. for a while I have be feeling very ‘aroused’. I would masturbate but I’m afraid of the pain. my cousin told me about her first time and she said the was the most pain shes ever felt in her life. usually I just rub myself but its not satisfying. I want something more but every time I try to go for something more I dont know where im going and it’s very painful. I want to be able to feel this pleasure that I imagine so I was wondering if there was any kind of technique I could do to make it easier for me to masturbate or just to handle the pain?

you just have to take it one step at a time. masturbate as you normally do and make sure you get very wet and aroused. once you are very wet try and insert a finger..dont be scared because no1 is forcing anything in you, if you feel pain you will react quickly and pull away. Touch lightly , feel the opening to your vagina and look at it in a mirror. Become aware of whats actually there and why you might get pain. read about the hymen and first time sex. there should be a small opening big enough for you to slide a finger in or half your finger to start with . find it with the mirror and try to relax. it may not feel good to begin with or for a while but it shouldnt hurt inside with just a finger if you can get it through the hymen ring
