Why haven't I gone through puberty?

Okay Im 14 almost 15 and I haven’t gone through puperity. my chest is the same size it was when I was like 12

everyones different, no need to be concerned. everybody’s bodies react in different ways. bodies are like fingerprints, there all different. shouldn’t be too long now though.

I didnt start growing boobs really until close to my 16th birthday. Im 7 in 2 months. And im no a 32C They suddenly appear Dont think you renot normal It will happen
