is it true that if your not a virgin it will be soo much easier to put a tampon on I only did it once and I can not put it in all the way and how come with a douche it is so easy to put it but not a tampon

okayy no not really its not easier, before I started having sex I used tampons all the time I’ve been using then sense I’ve been 11 a year after I started my period. I’ve never used a douche by the way douching is veryyy bad for you in the long run stop using them. okay but when you use a tampon make sure your in a comfortable and relaxed before you put it in it will be sooo much easier. to start out use the smallest tampons those are the easiest to put in. anymore questions fun mail me

The first time you try a tampon it probably will be a little tricky as your not used to the process. You have to make sure it is fully inserted, that way you will not feel it at all. Just relax and breathe deeply- the vagina is a muscle and tightened when you are worried.

I wouldn’t say being a virgin or not really makes a difference when it come to tampons.
