sports-eating=HELP

okay so Im having a problem. I’m 15 years old and I weigh 115. that might be the average weight for girls my age but I play many sports and I burn a lot of calories. my problem is that I don’t eat as many calories as I burn. does anyone know an east way to force myself to eat and put more muscle/fat on your ankles/wrists???
