How do I find a musician in my area?

I would serriuosuly apreciate it if someone could help me find a lead singer or a bass player around my area so if you know someone please help :P I live in houston, texas.

make flyers with some details about your band and have your phone number on it and post the flyers everywhere

also you could check out your school band/jazz band/chorus (if they have one)

Look: you still didn’t mention what kind of music. And, you didn’t mention what you’ve tried to do (and failed) at so far in getting other musicians to work with. Have you talked to local music shops? Posted in coffee shops? Looked on craigslist?

Try those…and, mention (next time) what you’ve done & not done, and give more detail, if you want a good answer.
