Its better to do it fast because if you do it slowly then its more painfull and you have more chances of it getting infected , so do it as fast as possible and get it over with.

Um.. not at all, and have a professional do it.. it’s not smart to mess with needles and your body, especially your mouth.. too many veins and nerves.. But they do it fast.. because they know what they’re doing :)
