you shouldn’t be an idiot and pierce it yourself you’ll most likely get it crooked, prolong its healing time and get an infection and if you cant be bothered to get a hole in your flesh professionally pierced you shouldn’t be getting one AT ALL a piercing is a wound and there’s a lot more to piercing than just stabbing yourself with a needle also no point in doing it if your parents wont allow it its on your face, and you cant hide your face there going to see it, then what are you going to do? also you need to be aware of the other consequences that come with them such as that a school with a dress code wont allow them and most jobs consider facial piercings unattractive and unprofessional

If you think this is safe to do and you are in a complete sterile envorment and you know what you are doing and how to take care of a infection if you get on and not upsetting your parents who’s roof you live under then go for it.
