Persuation to my mother

Since I am not yet 18 I can not get peircings/tattoos without parent/guardian signature. Is there anywhere I CAN go That is safe without this problem? Or do you have any tactics to persuade my mother into letting me have something done?

find the the tattoo/piercer places in your area and see what their age limits are most of them are fairly clean, and you can always ask to see how they sterilize and everything, there is a place around me that does all piercings besides genital and nipples 16 and over but I believe that is the lowest almost anywhere goes in age
