When you say ‘small’ do you mean the thin / thickness of the tampon or the shape of the tampon?

I think every BRAND has little to thick tampons…Not sure what they call the tampon sizes in your country, but we have mini, regular and super in Australia.

Mini - for the days you are only spotting but with no blood flow Regular - first day or the last day when your period isn’t very heavy Super - the 2nd or 3rd days when your period are the heaviest

Just be mindful, the thicker and larger the tampon absorption, the higher the possibility of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
