now since the period

my stomach has been cramping like crazy. it hurts so bad. i need more advicess how can you relieve the cramps without taking pills?

Hot water bottles are great for cramps or anything warm. Hot showers also help. Bananas are good for cramps as well as cranberry juice. My mom used to squeeze lemon juice and add a little bit of brown sugar to it and heat it up in the microwave and that helped with cramps too. Just keep your belly warm and the muscles should relax a bit.

Magnesium supplements. Get the fizzy ones, they help with the spasms. You can also try eat bananas and take hot baths.
