Can two people in the same household both have PayPal accounts?

I was just wondering, because my mom has one… and I’ve been using hers. But, I have my own bank account now and would like to make my own PayPal account. Can I do this without somehow getting my moms deleted? I don’t want to violate their terms or anything.

Also, can you add a bank account to PayPal if it is solely a savings account, with no checking account?

Yes, of course. You’d just need your own email. You have your own bank account you should have no problem. As well there should be a choice for the type of bank account you’d like to link.

Thanks. I actually just tried something else. I tried to simply add my bank onto my mom’s account. However, every time I enter the routing number, it says it’s invalid. :/ I don’t understand why though, I checked it over and over… it;s correct.
