Just relax. The same thing happens to me so you’re not the only one. It sounds like you get anxiety easily so just relax, have confidence, and don’t worry. It’s really not that hard. If you practice then it’ll get better and you’ll feel better. Trust me

absolutely right…anxiety…nerves..panic attacks…what do they all have in common they are all caused by being nervous…stressed out…or worried.

when you get nervous you tend to feel that your heart is racing, your palms start sweating & some people even feel claustrophobic in the room they are entering…like as if the walls may be closing in on them…

my best advice for that is to close your eyes…picture waiting for a friend or your relative at the beach/bus stop or anywhere else that makes you feel comfortable…imagine no one being by your side…take a deep breathe and count to 50 then take another deep breathe & open your eyes…by then you should feel much more relaxed & calm & confidant that you can just go in with a smile!
