well this is because when you laugh it causes your belly muscles to contract, which then affects your blatter putting pressure on it. and then…you kind…end up peeing… :)

if you dont have enough muscle tension in your sphincters and lower pelvic muscles then some urine may leak… ………………………………..^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^which sucks. :P …..

because you have week pelvic floor muscles. I would seriously suggest going to Physiotherapy and learning how to do the exercises required. you are very young to have this issue and if not rectified will impact all areas of your life including your relationships please learn how to do these exercises for your own good good luck
