How would I pay taxes, I'm just a tutor?

Answer #1

If you are just a tutor you’ll probably earn less than the minimum taxable income on which you have to pay tax. I’m not familiar with your tax jurisdiction, but I know that in mine you generally wouldn’t even declare tax if you are a tutor. IF you however decide later on to maybe make this into a business you would have to register with the tax authority for tax. But for now I would say don’t worry about it.

Answer #2

Okay, thanks. I didn’t know if they would take that out, I’m only 17, so when I heard about taxes, I flipped out a little, lol.

Answer #3

It’s fine don’t worry about it. Also if you are a minor, you generally wouldn’t pay tax and I would think that in most countries you have to be at least 18 and in a full time job before you pay tax.
