Depends on the part of the body that got paralyzed. IF the sex organ muscle are not, then he or she can still have sex. Of course she or he will got limitation in doing it.

Her body would automatically provide lubrication for him. In any case, if she doesn’t feel it physically, she will most definitely be impacted psychologically.

Yes they have chairs made especially for paralyzed people to have sex. It’s mainly made for males though the only ones that I have seen anyways.
