How painful is a nose job?

There are a number of proceedures that fall under rhinoplasty or nose jobs. Some are rather minor such as removing some tissue while others are more invasive requiring breaking the nose or even chiseling away at the skull.

Ha oh wow I was totaly with you on that one! Some people you jus never know with. But a nose peircing doesn’t hurt any worse than an ear

Depends on your pain tolerance. I didn’t find my piercings to be painful at all. Septum included.
