Pain in abdomen

Why does the right side of my abdomen(sp?) hurt? It feels like pain in my ovaries (or what I imagine pain in the ovaries would feel like).

Why didn’t you just go buy one?

Anyways.. please test tommorrow when you get one. You are wasting time and if you are pregnant you need to see a doctor, it is very unhealthy to wait.

It only happened a few times, but I already had my period… I think. I bled for a few days, but I was told that it might be implantation bleeding. I don’t think it was though.

That could be several things.

ovulation
constipation
gas
appendicitis

If the pain isn’t too severe I wouldn’t worry, but extreme pain is a sign of appendicitis and requires a trip to the hospital

I couldn’t just buy one.. Long story, but I am planning on testing tomorrow. I’m just panicking a little, and probably for no reason.
