Overweight thoughts.

Okay, well my 10-year old cousin has said to me that she thinks she is overweight and keeps going on about it, so what is the average weight for a 10 year old who usually stands at the second row for class height order out of 3 other classes and 5 rows, so what should she weigh? And is 6 stone 7 too much? I think that is what she ways.

She’s to embarrased to tell her parents to get taken to the doctor though.

she sounds normal and at her age she shouldnt be worried about her weight but to find out, take her to see a doctor and get her bmi (body mass index) calculated for her height and age he/she will tell you what weight range shes in and how much she need to loose/gain if shes not in the healthy weight range already take her to see a doctor first because she probably doesnt need to loose any weight
