How can I lose enough weight to be confident?

Okay my Question is how do I lose enough weight for me to feel confiedent about myself. I like this guy and I think he is interrestered, but even if he is I am not comfortable with my weight. So I need tips to help me lose weight.

okay hun.. It doesn’t matter how much wieght you lose, if you are not comfortable with the way you look to Yourself..then you will NEVER like the way you look. You could lose 50 pounds, but if you don’t change the persona about yourself that you have, then you will just fall into a black hole of body image. You should just know that HE IS INTERESTED. Meaning he likes you for YOU. It doesn’t mean that if you lose 20 pounds that will like you more. You need someone that will truly like you for what you are on the inside, not on the out..because the out can change with time..the inside is YOU..and you should never change who you are for anybody.. If you are serious about losing wieght for YOU, then try eating better (meaning eating more fruits and veges and less cake and ice cream) and jogging every day for 30 minutes.. Believe me, losing weight isn’t that hard, you just have to have the initiative to want it. But, like I said, you have to do it for yourself and not some boy that you hardly even know.. otherwise, you’ll never feel good enough..and a broken spirit is harder to put back together..
