what can i do if i ordered something online 2/3 weeks ago and it still hasnt come but ive paid for it?

It depends on where you ordered it from - overseas shipments can take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive….where is your item coming from?

it wasn’t over seas it was a UK company but im not sure where in the UK the company is based.

I’d give it another week at least before I get worried - most places have a backlog of shipments at this time of year

well i check the website and it said 7-10 working days but im going to check more on the website to see if theres anymore info thanks colleen

and it also depends on what kind of shipping you selected and it could be backed up always call the company

most places are saying that because of the snow they are not taking new orders and the ones already placed (like yours) may not be delivered before the new year :( -i read it in the metro thismorning XD-
