Orange dolphin sim card

I’ve signed up for dolphin and paid the £10 but it’s not working, do I have to wait for it to go through?.. to tell me how many texts or something? It tells me I have the credit but it doesn;t ssay I have the free texts minutes and internet

so yeah why exactly is this?

it will take 24 hours for activation after the buying Sim card.

wait for 24 hours for the activation , you can also contact the dolphin customer care for activating the Sim card.

I have it and it usually says once you top up you will have it in the next 48 hours

if it doesnt contact orange …
