How do you open UIF files on your computer?

Most files having the .UIF filename extension are “Universal Image Format” files. For the UIF file, you need to have an ISO program such as MagicISO and open it from there. If you want to make it easier to open, you can alternately convert it to an ISO file for easier access.

Yeah, I managed to make a virtual CD with them, but now it won’t let me open the CD. It’s like “WTF? Why?!?” ;/
