Online Dating sites

I have recently discovered that my boyfriend of nearly 4years have registered and browsed a few dating sites online. This I believe, is a result of our arguments recently. I feel really betrayed and hurt and do not know what to think. He is quite a good looking guy do not need to search online. Some friends think he jmay just be experimenting and doing it just for fun. He has not cheated on me before but I can’t help to think that he may be intending to. Any suggestions???

Agreed with Mikeh - you dont go looking for other women on dating sites unless you plan on “trying one out”

If he is not cheating already - he will. I’m sorry that you have to go through this - but it’s better that you find out now and not live a lie for a couple more years while he goes behind your back with random girls that he met offline.

I love the line of “He’s good-looking, so he doesn’t need to go online to cheat on me.” Heh.

Remember the line from Glengarry Glen Ross? (No, I didn’t think so.) “A man don’t walk onto the lot ‘less he wants to buy!” There’s no reason to be browsing other women unless you’re interested in…ahem…”browsing” other women.

Why look unless you want to talk? Why talk unless you want to meet? Why meet unless you want to…It’s classic cheating behavior, and I don’t blame you for being suspicious and angry. You need to have a talk ASAP about what he wants from you and the relationship, and if he wants to be free to carouse, make him man up and say so.

Well I think this can be serious. I date online for a few years (at http://funadvice.com/r/15k1rs9rq6c and http://funadvice.com/r/15k1rs9rrmg) and people there are usually open to meet and for potential relationship, so you should keep yours eyes open and maybe talk to him about it.
