how old is the pup? you can GENTLY hold the puppy in your hands belly up, head away from you, and swing it GENTLY inbetween you legs and up. do this a couple of times. OR use a bulb syringe to suck mucus out of nose and throat area. NOW if you are not sure what the problem is, PLEASE take the pup to the vet.
Hi try rocking the puppy while in your hands back and forth and breath down its nose to bypass and obsticles if you have a turkey baster in the house suction the puppies throat… Other wise you will need vet advice. Marie
