New Kid in Class

Last Friday I was introduced to a new kid and now he sits next to me,the thing is I can’t even focus on my work like I did when I sitting alone. On Friday I was mainly talking to him about music which I don’t normally do with other kids,how can I re-focus on my work because I don’t want to fail this class.

After class, maybe have a wird with your teacher and tell he/she the problem and maybe he/she could either move this kid to a different spot. That should help. The teacher should also understand.

ask the teacher to reseat you. I kinda have that problem. but I just tune evryone out during lecture time, and take notes!

after class stay and tell your teacher that you cant focus when some one is sitting next to you cause you get distracted and hopefully she/he can move him

Yes just tell you teacher your problem and it should be reasonable.

Talk with the teacher. Try to talk to him at another time.
