need help with iPod

I just got an ipod nano 4th gen (4gb) and do not know how to get videos off of youtube on to it. is there a free way I can do it or do I have to pay for everything? also, I have tried several supposedly free sites, but once I download it I do not know where to put it! please help I am lost.

you first have to download a youtube downloder, just search for it and then you usually just have to then copy and paste the address into the downloader. then you have to convert it into an ipod video which might be on the downloader or you have to download a converter then you can drag it on to itunes and put it on your ipod have fun xxx
