Hey I am 13 and I really like this girl for about 1 year, she has been in and out of relationships and I really want to ask her out. What should i do? I don’t know when to ask her out !HELP!!!!!

u sound like a very good guy! all u have 2 do is write it down on a note . expalin to her u liked her for a long time and that u want to ask her out cuz u think it might work out for u 2 guys ! so wat if u get rejected it wont be ur frist trust me!
