(NEED HELP)

I have a 2 year old baby and it hard for him to sleep at night what should it do?

Answer #1

if hes two, id let him sleep with you or at least until he falls asleep. my nephew is 3 and when he was 2 and had a hard time going to sleep I would wait in his room with the lighton dim and rub his head or back (depending on how he lays) in a circular motion - it puts them to sleep fast! then aftr he falls asleep or closes his eyes I keep rubbing his head/back for a while to make sure hes completely asleep othrwise they can feel when you stop rubbing and go away then they cry hope this helped. if you have any other ?s about babys, madsji94@gmail.com

Answer #2

There’s a natural product called melatonin, many mothers give it to their children so that they can fall asleep at night. (it’s the same thing that your body produces when you are in the sun)

You can get it at your pharmacy.
